A Power Control Centre (PCC), also written power control center, is a modular, structured electrical panel that controls and distributes power to heavy machinery, motors and transformers in large industries and commercial units.
A PCC (power control centre) controls the power supplied to large loads such as heavy machinery, transformers and motors. An MCC (motor control centre) groups MCCBs, contactors, overload relays and MPCBs to control individual motors, and can include VFDs, PLCs and metering.
Yes. A Trident PCC rated 415 V, 4000 A was short-circuit tested at the Central Power Research Institute (CPRI), Bhopal, to IS 8623 (Part 1). It withstood 50 kA for 1 second with a 105 kA peak and no abnormality, then passed a 2.5 kV high-voltage test for one minute (provisional report S2121204).
Yes. Every panel is inspected and tested at our Greater Noida plant: insulation testing up to 1000 megohms, a 2.5 kV high-voltage test, functional testing, primary injection up to 4000 A, secondary injection and switchgear operation checks.
Yes. Every PCC is built to the site's requirements and designed in AutoCAD to the latest Indian electrical and panel standards. Enclosures are available with IP42, IP54 or IP65 protection. Send us your single-line diagram or BOQ for a quotation.
A Motor Control Centre (MCC), also written motor control center, is an assembly of one or more sections containing MCCBs, contactors, overload relays and MPCBs that control motors. It can also include variable frequency drives, programmable controllers and metering.
An iMCC adds programmable controllers, drives and metering so the panel works as an intelligent controller. We also build PLC-based MCC panels for real-time monitoring, fault detection and centralised control.
Our MCC panels are designed and manufactured to IEC and Indian standards, and designed in AutoCAD to the latest Indian electrical and panel standards.
Send us your single-line diagram, BOQ or load list. Our engineers will confirm the configuration and send a quotation.
